I was lucky enough to see this last night…Neil Young on Conan’s last show. The man and his guitar (and harmonica)…totally awesome. Well, as Neil was doing this song, a part of it reminded me of Meara McIntosh (because of part of the song). Next morning I am still thinking about it, in the overall sense. Of not just Meara, or Amy Leichtenberg, or other mothers who have had their children murdered while on visitation with dad, but of all mothers who are struggling with their children being kept from them by their abusers. You are all special. Never stop speaking out (even if anonymously), never stop shining for your kids. Long may you run.
UPDATE: Well, as those type of people try to do, they grabbed control of the video (as well as taking custody of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, and the Masturbating Bear, and no longer will let Conan have anything to do with them)….I’ve had to replace the video twice, so I don’t know how long it will last, but here is earlier version:
