New details emerge in San Jose murder-suicide

    SAN JOSE -- More details today in an apparent murder-suicide at an upscale townhouse in South San Jose.
    Neighbors and relatives say the gunman and the victim had recently ended a bitter custody dispute over their 9-year-old daughter.
    The gunman apparently showed up at the woman's house around 8:30 Monday morning and opened fire.
    Police have released few details about the shooting, and have not yet formally classified it as a murder-suicide.
